Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is established to create and maintain a safe, legal, and ethical environment on the Website. Members are strictly prohibited from using the Website for any of the following activities:

Prohibited Activities:

1. Legal Violations

- Engaging in any activities that violate local, national, or international laws, statutes, ordinances, or regulations

- Participating in or facilitating any illegal activities

2. Prohibited Transactions and Products

- Buying or selling narcotics, controlled substances, or illegal drugs

- Selling drug paraphernalia

- Trafficking in stolen goods (physical or digital)

- Selling items that infringe on intellectual property rights

- Selling counterfeit or unauthorized replica products

- Engaging in transactions involving:

a) Weapons, firearms, or firearm accessories

b) Ammunition

c) Certain regulated knives

3. Harmful or Offensive Content

- Promoting hate speech or discriminatory content

- Encouraging violence or intolerance

- Posting obscene or sexually explicit materials

- Sharing personal information of third parties without consent

4. Financial Misconduct

- Operating pyramid schemes or "get rich quick" schemes

- Participating in Ponzi schemes

- Engaging in money laundering activities

- Facilitating bribery or corruption

- Providing unauthorized financial services

5. Fraudulent Activities

- Creating or participating in fraudulent transactions

- Misrepresenting products or services

- Engaging in identity theft

- Conducting transactions likely to be fraudulent

6. Restricted Business Activities

Without prior explicit approval, Members are prohibited from offering:

- Gambling or gaming services

- Cryptocurrency or digital currency transactions

- Prescription medical services

- Telemedicine consultations

- Adult content or services

- Online dating services

- Live streaming platforms

- File-sharing services

- Alcohol or tobacco sales

- Medical devices or healthcare services

- Multilevel marketing or direct selling programs

- Marketplace platforms

7. Technology and Security Violations

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

- Committing fraud or identity theft

- Introducing malware or viruses

- Violating network security

- Reverse engineering the Website

- Attempting to crack encryption

8. Content and Conduct Restrictions

- Impersonating other individuals

- Using vulgar or offensive language

- Posting copyrighted material without permission

- Sharing content that could harm or offend others

In case of any attempt or exercise of the following or similar behaviors, Ruul shall have the right to suspend, deactivate, block, terminate or delete the access and account of the Member without a notice and refund or compensation:

Attempting to gain access to another user's account,

Impersonating other real people,

Using vulgar language or imagery that may cause offence to other Members,

Posting illegal or copyrighted material of any kind to the Website without Ruul's written permission,

Failing to obey local law,

Using known exploits, bugs, or features to cause others harm or in any way disrupt the online services,

Attempting to operate a business or provide a free service that Ruul morally or ethically objects to,

Use the Website, among others, for (i) product purchase and sale, (ii) activities that require physical presence or drop shipping, (iii) regular salary payments as an ongoing concern, (iv) providing fictitious services, (v) any illegal purpose or any purpose that might would constitute a criminal offense, (vi) providing services which could only be provided under a valid license, (vii) profit distribution,

Committing any reverse engineering or attempt to find or acquire the source code of the Website nor shall he or she violate the security of any computer network or crack security encryption codes.

The Member shall be responsible for any fees and damages resulting from civil or criminal litigation arising from a violation of this Terms of Use caused by their use of the Website. Ruul is hereby authorized to, at any time and from time to time, without any notice to the Member and to the fullest extent permitted by law, set off and apply any and all deposits (general or special, time or demand, provisional or final) at any time held and at any time owing by Ruul to or for the credit or the account of the Member against any and all obligations of the Member either now or hereafter existing under the Terms of use and the freelancer agreement or customer agreement executed with the respective Member, irrespective of whether or not Ruul shall have made any demand hereunder or thereunder and although such obligations may be contingent or unmatured.
