First, a promo code must be added before it can be used.

How to appy a promo code
Promo codes can be applied when creating an invoice.
If you need help creating an invoice → please check out Creating Your First Invoice.
Any eligible promo codes for the invoice you’re creating will appear on the Transactions screen.
The calculation will update once you select the promo code you'd like to apply.
Note: Only one promo code can be applied at a time.
