This article outlines which product and service categories are accepted on Ruul, as well as the limitations and restrictions you must follow when publishing your inventory. Following these rules ensures compliance with laws, payment partners, and platform policies.

  • No predefined categories. You may freely describe your services as long as they comply with our policies.


Limitations and Restrictions

1. Legal Violations

Activities or listings that breach laws or regulations, including:

  • Prescription medicines, food & beverages

  • Real estate, legal, accounting, financial, insurance, and banking services

  • Securities trading, guarantees, currency exchange, debt collection

  • Cellular communication, telemarketing, money lending

  • Any activity prohibited by Ruul’s payment processing partners

2. Prohibited Transactions and Products

  • Drugs, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia

  • Stolen goods (digital or physical)

  • Counterfeit, replica, or IP-infringing products

  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and regulated knives

3. Harmful or Offensive Content

  • Hate speech, discrimination, violence, or intolerance

  • Obscene, explicit, or adult material

  • Sharing third-party personal data without consent

4. Financial Misconduct

  • Pyramid or Ponzi schemes

  • Money laundering, bribery, corruption

  • Unauthorized financial services

5. Fraudulent Activities

  • Fake or misleading listings

  • Fraudulent transactions or identity theft

6. Restricted Commercial Activities

Without explicit approval, users cannot offer:

  • Gambling, online gaming

  • Crypto or digital currency transactions

  • Telemedicine or prescription medical services

  • Dating or adult services

  • Live streaming, file sharing platforms

  • Alcohol, tobacco, medical devices, or health services

  • MLM or marketplace platforms

7. Technology and Security Violations

  • Unauthorized account access

  • Distribution of malware or viruses

  • Network breaches, reverse engineering

8. Content and Conduct Restrictions

  • Impersonation of others

  • Offensive or abusive language

  • Unauthorized publishing of copyrighted material

  • Content that causes harm or harassment


Notes & Best Practices

  • Always categorize your inventory correctly (E-book, Digital product, or Service).

  • Review your descriptions to ensure they don’t contain restricted terms.

  • If in doubt, contact Ruul support before publishing.

  • Non-compliant listings may be removed, and repeated violations can lead to account suspension.
