With Ruul, users can establish two distinct types of agreements to ensure protection and clarity in freelance engagements: Service Terms & Conditions and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Agreement types
Service Terms and Conditions
The Service Terms & Conditions agreement is highly customizable, detailing key aspects of the service, such as the scope of work, payment terms, intellectual property clauses, and more.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that ensures shared confidential information is protected from unauthorized disclosure.
How it works?
Navigate to "Agreements" from your dashboard and create a new agreement.
The agreement will be emailed to your client.
They can review and accept it from their Ruul dashboard (clients who aren't users will need to register first).
Done! The agreement can be printed and downloaded.
