Non-Disclosure Agreement
Updated this week

A Non-disclosure Agreement, commonly referred to as an NDA, is a legally binding contract between two or more parties. It stipulates that specific information shared between them must remain confidential and not be disclosed to unauthorized individuals or entities.

NDAs are frequently used in business relationships, particularly when sensitive information, trade secrets, or intellectual property are involved.

The primary purpose of an NDA is to protect the disclosing party's proprietary information, ensuring that the receiving party does not misuse, leak, or commercially exploit the shared knowledge without permission.

To proceed, first choose "Non-Disclosure Agreement" from the options presented on the New Agreement screen.

Next, click on the blank fields to enter the necessary details.
