Limitations on Invoices
Updated over a month ago

Invoice Amount

There is a minimum limit of €100 and a maximum limit of €100,000 (or equivalent) per invoice.

Special case for invoices in Turkish Lira (TRY):
For invoices issued in TRY, the minimum amount is 1,750 TRY instead of €100.

If you need to process transactions below or above these limits, please contact Ruul's customer success team for further assistance.

Invoice Currency

If a payment option is not available for the selected currency, a warning box will appear while creating the invoice. You can adjust the invoice currency accordingly.

Invoice Description

Some limitations apply to the invoice description. Please note the following when creating a new invoice:

  • Restricted Services

Services involving physical assets, expenses, salary payments, royalties, or product sales cannot be invoiced via Ruul. Only digital services are accepted.

  • Description Content
Please do not include the talent's or company’s name, date, or any amount calculations in the description.

  • Language Requirement
The description must be in English, though additional languages may be added in parentheses alongside the English version.

Turkish companies are exempt from this rule. For invoices issued to companies registered in Türkiye, the description must be in Turkish, with additional languages optionally included in parentheses alongside the Turkish version.

If the invoice description does not meet these requirements, our compliance team may cancel the invoice and request it be recreated.
