3. Create an account

  • Enter your first name, last name, and email.

  • Click "Create a talent account".

Alternatively, you can register using your Google account credentials.

4. Email Verification

Users who register with Google accounts skip this step.

Upon account creation, an email will be sent to your provided address for verification.

Open the email and click the link to verify your email address and continue.

If you did not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder and ensure that your inbox is set up to receive emails. If you still cannot locate the email, click "Resend verification email" to receive a new verification link.

5. Enter account details

Following email verification, you will be directed to the "Account Details" screen.

Phone Number:
This is required by certain payment providers and is used to facilitate the payment process, ensuring you receive your funds securely.

Date of Birth:
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ruul's services. Your date of birth helps verify age and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Country of Citizenship:
If you are not from an eligible country, proof of address may be required. This information is collected to ensure compliance with international regulations.

Identity Number:
Used to confirm your identity and fulfill regulatory obligations.

6. Enter address details

Last step! To finish your registration and start invoicing:

  1. Enter your residency address details

  2. Read the "Contractor Agreement" thoroughly

  3. Click "Complete" when you're ready

Address:

Your address is used to verify eligibility and to fulfill any legal obligations specific to your country of residence. For example, W-9 form is prepared for users residing in the USA.

Contractor Agreement:

This agreement allows Ruul to act as your Merchant of Record (MoR), enabling the reselling of your services to your clients alongside managing international payments and billing on your behalf.

Done! 🥳

You can continue with the next step.
