Know Your Business (KYB) Verification
KYB verification is the process of confirming the identity and legitimacy of a business. At Ruul, we use it to ensure secure transactions.
What is required for KYB?
Company Name
Company Address, including:
Country where the company is registered
City
Zip Code
VAT, EIN, or Tax ID (or Trade Registration Number if the company does not have these)
Company Website
How KYB verification works
When a talent adds you as a client
When a talent adds you as a client
If a talent adds your company as a client from their dashboard and completes all the required company information, the verification process is typically quick—usually taking just a few hours and sometimes finishing even before you make the payment.
If any information is missing, we’ll prompt you to provide the necessary details before proceeding with the payment.
Note: You can submit the company information and make the payment immediately afterward without waiting for the verification to be finalized.

During the final step of account registration, you’ll be prompted to provide your company information.
Important: The information entered here will be used on invoices, so please ensure its accuracy.
Verification Statuses
Verification in Progress
When your company is first added or registered, the verification will be marked as "in progress." If the information entered is correct, the process should typically be completed within a few hours.
Verified
You'll receive a notification email when your company is verified. Additionally, its status will be updated to "Verified".
