Adding and Configuring a Product in Space

Overview

This guide explains the complete flow of adding a product in Space. The setup process includes two main steps:

  1. General Info – Provide essential details and visuals.

  2. Pricing & Content Delivery – Define how the product is sold and what customers receive.

You can start adding a new product in two ways:

  • From the left navigation menu → Click Space, then open the Product tab.

  • Using the Quick Add button → Click the ➕ Add Product button at the top of your dashboard.


1. General Info

In the General Info tab, enter the basic details of your product:

  • Product Name – The name of your product.

  • Category – Select the appropriate category (Digital Products or e-books).

  • Description – Add a summary of your product.

  • Thumbnail – Upload a cover image for your product.

    • After uploading, you’ll be prompted to crop the image (1:1 ratio).

  • Media – Upload additional visuals (up to 10 files, max 100 MB each).

    • To remove a file, click the X icon.


2. Pricing & Content Delivery

In the Pricing & Content Delivery tab, you configure how the product will be sold and what is shown after purchase.

a. Short Description

Add a short description that explains what the customer will receive after purchasing.

  • Example: “Instant access to a PDF e-book and bonus resources.”

b. Pricing Options

You can choose between two models:

  1. Single Purchase

    • One-time payment in USD only.

    • Customers pay once and immediately access the deliverables.

  2. Subscription

    • Recurring payments charged to the customer’s credit card.

    • Intervals available: Monthly, Every 3 Months, Every 6 Months, Once a Year.

    • Customers can cancel their subscription anytime.


3. Content Delivery

At the bottom of the Pricing & Content Delivery tab, you will see Content Delivery. This determines what the customer receives on the Post-Purchase Page once the payment is successful.

  • Click Pick a Deliverable and choose one or more:

    1. Text Block – Add instructions or messages (e.g., “Thank you for your purchase, check your email for details.”).

    2. Link – Provide a URL (e.g., course access link, private folder).

    3. File – Upload files for direct download (PDFs, ZIPs, templates).

      • Limit: 10 files, up to 40 MB each.


4. Notes & Best Practices

  • Two entry points: Remember, you can add a product from the Space menu or directly with the Quick Add button.

  • Clarity is key: Make sure the Short Description clearly explains what buyers will receive.

  • High-quality visuals: Good thumbnails and media increase trust and conversion rates.

5. Moderation & Quality Review ⚠️

All products you publish go live immediately after submission. However, our moderation team also reviews newly added products to ensure quality and compliance.

  • If your product meets our standards, it will remain available without interruption.

  • If issues are detected (low quality, policy violations, unclear deliverables, etc.), the moderation team may remove the product from the platform.

💡 Tip: To avoid moderation issues, always use clear descriptions, professional visuals, and high-quality deliverables.
