Overview
This article explains how to create your Ruul Space your personal storefront where you can showcase your profile, list services, sell digital products, and receive payments. Creating your Space is the first step toward building an online presence that clients can easily access and trust.
Entry Points
From the Space menu in the left navigation bar.
By clicking Get started on the Space introduction screen.
1. Open the Space tab
Click Space from the left navigation.
On the introduction screen, click Get started to begin.
(Optional) Click See example to view a sample Space page. (This is for demonstration only—no real transactions can be made.)
2. Create your Space ID card
The setup wizard will guide you through building your Space ID card, which serves as the foundation of your profile. Everything you add here shapes the first impression clients will have of you.
Profile Information
Add your key details:Display name – The name clients will see on your Space.
Professional title – A short line summarizing your role or expertise.
Profile photo – A clear, professional photo builds trust.
Cover image or color – Personalize the look of your Space.
Description – A short introduction about who you are and what you do.
Skills & Languages – Make it easy for clients to find you based on your expertise and the languages you speak.
Highlights & Social Links
Showcase your career highlights or achievements, and connect your social media accounts. This helps clients learn more about you and verify your credibility.Interactions
Control how potential clients can engage with you:Enable the Work with me button to allow project inquiries.
Enable the Pay me button to let clients send payments directly.
Set your availability status to let people know if you’re open for work.
✨ As you fill in each field, your details are instantly reflected on the ID card preview on the left-hand side, so you can see exactly how your Space will look in real time.
When you’re satisfied with your entries, click Next to continue.
3. Choose your first action
After completing your ID card, you’ll land on the “Let’s get started” screen. Here you can decide what to do next:
Add a product – Upload a digital product such as an e-book, template, video, or any downloadable file you want to sell. Each product can include a description, price, and delivery file so clients can purchase instantly.
Add a service – Create a service listing (e.g., graphic design, consulting, content writing). You can define the scope, pricing options, and delivery details so clients clearly understand what you offer.
Send a payment request – If you’re already working with a client, you can issue a direct payment request for a specific amount. This is useful for one-off projects, custom work, or collecting agreed payments outside of listed products and services.
If you’re not ready to add anything yet, simply click Take me to the dashboard to explore your Space and return later.
4. Access your Space dashboard
Once the setup is complete, your Space dashboard will open. This is where you can manage and customize all aspects of your Space. The dashboard includes the following sections:
Profile – Edit your display name, title, photo, description, and interaction buttons.
About – Write a longer introduction or story about yourself.
Products – Upload and manage the digital products you want to sell.
Services – List and update the services you provide.
Portfolio – Showcase examples of your past work to potential clients.
Settings – Manage your Space URL (ruul.space/username)

Notes & Best Practices
Your Space starts in Unpublished mode. You must publish it to make it visible to others.
Use a clear and professional profile photo to build trust.
Keep your description short and engaging—highlight what makes you unique.
Adding social links helps clients verify your credibility.
Enable Work with me and Pay me buttons for easier client interaction.
