Overview
A payout request allows you to transfer your available balance from Ruul to your connected payment account. Once your earnings reach the minimum payout threshold, you can create a payout request directly from your dashboard.
How it works
Go to Balance & Payouts
From your Ruul dashboard menu, navigate to Balance & Payouts.
Here, you’ll see your Total Earnings (total amount earned on Ruul) and your Balance (amount currently available for payout).
Minimum payout requirement
You can create a payout request once your balance reaches at least 100 USD.
If your balance is below 100 USD, the New Request button will be inactive.
Hovering over it shows a message: “Minimum balance of 100 USD required to request a payout.”
Once your balance exceeds 100 USD, the button becomes active.
Creating a new payout request
Click New Request to open the payout drawer on the right side of your screen.
Inside the drawer, you’ll see:
Your current balance
A dropdown labeled “You’ll collect payment in”
A field to enter the Amount of payout request
Displayed details such as Max amount.
Selecting a payout option
From the dropdown menu, select the payment account you’d like to receive funds in.
If you have not yet added a payout option, click Add new, and follow the steps in Adding a Payment Account.
Once added, it will appear here for selection.
Submitting your payout
Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw (up to your available balance) and click Submit.
Your payout request will be created, and you’ll see it listed under the “Payout Requests” section with status Unpaid.
Processing and completion
After your request is submitted, the Ruul team reviews and processes your payout.
Once the transfer is complete, the status updates to Paid, and the funds arrive in your selected account.
Payout statuses
Unpaid → Request created and pending review.
Paid → Request approved and payment completed.
Notes
The minimum payout amount is 100 USD (or equivalent).
Processing times may vary depending on your selected payout method.
