Overview
Ruul operates with two main transaction types: Payment Requests and Space Sales.
Both follow the same transparent pricing structure — a simple platform fee, and in some cases, an additional payout fee depending on your payout method and location.

1. Payment Requests
Payment Requests are processed instantly.
When your client pays, the funds are immediately transferred to your account.
The payout fee is calculated and applied at that moment.
The total commission can be covered by either you (the talent) or your client.

When the talent covers Ruul’s fees, the total amount the client pays equals the payment request total.
Fees are deducted before the payout.

💡 The client pays exactly $1000, and Ruul deducts the applicable platform and payout fees before transferring funds to the talent.

When the business chooses to cover the fees, Ruul adjusts the total amount billed so the talent receives the full requested amount.
In this case, the client pays slightly more than the requested total.

💡 The payment amount increases automatically so that the talent still receives the full $1000 after Ruul’s fees.
2. Space Sales
Selling through your Space happens in two simple steps:
Step 1 — When You Make a Sale
Platform fee: 5%
Credit card processing fee: Starting from %2.9 + $0.3
Example ($100 sale):
$100 – (5% + 2.9%) - $0.3 = $91.80 credited to space wallet.
✅ You can keep selling. Once your wallet reaches $100, you can request a payout.
Step 2 — When You Request a Payout
When your wallet balance reaches $100, you can withdraw it.
Payout fees depend on your location and payout method:
