Projects list

Navigate to "Projects" from the sidebar to view all your projects.

Click on a project to open its detail page, where you can see all invoices and agreements associated with that project.

Adding a new project

To create a new project, click "New Project" on the "Projects" page.

Enter the project name and click "Add Project."

Adding invoices or agreements to a project

When creating an invoice or agreement, you will be prompted to select the relevant project.

Project actions

Access project actions by clicking the "More" button next to a project in the projects list.

  • Edit: Change the name of the project.

  • Project Details: Opens the project detail page.

  • Add New Invoice: Opens the "New Invoice" screen with the related project pre-selected.

  • Add New Agreement: Opens the "New Agreement" screen with the related project pre-selected.

  • Mark as Completed: Changes the project status from "Active" to "Completed".

  • Archive: Archives the project, removing it from "All Projects."
    Archived projects are only visible under the "Archived" tab.
