Analytics Dashboard
When you open the Analytics tab from the sidebar, you’ll find several metrics that summarize your sales activity:
Net Revenue
The total amount you’ve earned within the selected date range.
Split into Sales (one-time purchases) and Subscriptions (recurring revenue).
Total Orders
The number of completed purchases during the selected period.
Helps you evaluate sales volume at a glance.
Average Order Value
Shows the average amount per order.
Useful for understanding client spending behavior.
New Subscriptions
The number of new subscriptions started in the selected period.
Helps you track long-term revenue growth.
Page Visits
Displays how many times your Ruul Space has been visited.
A useful indicator of visibility and potential sales opportunities.
Wallet Balance & Total Earnings
Wallet Balance
Your available withdrawable balance.
This shows the funds that you can currently transfer to your bank account.
Total Earnings
Your total earnings to date.
This shows the cumulative amount you’ve earned on Ruul, regardless of whether the funds are already available for withdrawal.
Breakdown by Product Sales, Service Sales, Subscriptions, Referral Revenue.
Filtering by Date Range
At the top right of the Analytics page, select a date range to adjust the period for which you want to view your sales metrics.
This allows you to compare different time frames and analyze growth trends.
Notes & Best Practices
Use Net Revenue and Orders to measure your overall sales performance.
Track Average Order Value to evaluate pricing strategies and upselling effectiveness.
Monitor New Subscriptions to assess recurring revenue growth.
Check Page Visits regularly—more visits may indicate higher visibility, but low conversions may mean your product/service listings need adjustments.
Rely on Wallet Balance to understand how much you can withdraw at any time.
