Payments via Link

The 'Payments via Link' feature enables secure sharing of invoice links between freelancers and clients, allowing clients to pay invoices without needing to register on Ruul. This method streamlines payment collection while prioritizing security and ease of access.

To collect payments using a simple link, start by generating an invoice as you normally would within the Ruul platform. Ensure all details are accurate and complete. Once your invoice is ready, navigate to the 'Invoice Options' menu. Here, you will find the option to copy the URL of the invoice.

Share the URL directly with your client. This can be done via email, messaging platforms, or any other communication channel you prefer.

When your client clicks on the link, they will be prompted to enter the email address associated with the invoice. This step ensures secure access to the invoice.

After entering their email, your client will receive a 6-digit verification code. This code is sent to the email address they provided, adding an extra layer of security.

Once the client enters the received code on the prompted screen, they will gain access to view the invoice and make a payment for it.
